How We Deliver Team Impact Coaching
- Our approach is an exploratory partnership between the coach(es) and team that increases awareness and understanding of the team dynamics, the broader system within which it operates, and inspires fulfilment of its purpose.
- Team coaching IS NOTa training, a directive, or didactic process through which the coach(es) provide/s answers or solutions. Rather, we take the methodologies used in individual coaching and apply them to teams.
- Our six-month team coaching programme begins with a preliminary discussion with the team leader and their supervisor, followed by discovery workshops and profiling.
- We conduct 30-minute individual assessment interviews with each supervisor, team leader, and team member before a day-long or 2-half day kick-off session(s). Over the following 5 months, we hold a 3-hour session each month.
What we Bring
Our Team Impact Coaching leader is Executive Coach and Leadership Insights GM Angela Penteado, who has more than 15-years’ experience working with small to medium-sized organisations operating in increasingly complex environments, as well as in a string of larger corporates and government departments.
Angela weaves together her technical skills as a change and communication facilitator/trainer – with her passion and expertise as a Leadership Coach and trusted Mentor - to engage teams and their organisations in holistic processes that unearths new ways of being and doing. She can be of greatest service to those who are willing to grow and stretch personally in pursuit of organisational excellence.
